Description

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, wheat starch, sugar,butter, egg, salt, lemon juice, according to the variety (pistachio, cocoa powder, bitter chocolate powder, milk, wheat semolina, white chocolate).

Allergens are written İtalic and bold. May contain wheat gluten.

Storage and Consumption Instructions for Baklava

 Our baklava has been tested for storage at -18 ºC for durations of 10, 20, and 30 days.

 Before consumption, we recommend the following defrosting method:

 - Defrosting at +4 ºC (2 hours in the refrigerator followed by 30 minutes at room temperature) best preserves the flavour, crispiness, and texture of the product.

 - Defrosting only at room temperature may result in loss of texture (softening or dryness), and chocolate-based products may exhibit oil separation.

 According to test results, when proper defrosting conditions are followed, the quality of the product can be largely maintained for up to 30 days.

 Recommended Method:

Defrost the product in the refrigerator at +4 ºC for 2 hours, then allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
